The DIAKOVERE Hospital gGmbH is looking for a multi-site team management function service anesthesia (w/m/d) for the Henriettenstift, Friederikenstift and Annastift locations.

The position must be fixed in full time.

Cross-site coordination, control, and development function: Ensuring the provision of AN FD personnel for elective and emergency capacity in the OP and at external sites Cross-site service plan and operational principles (layer system, jumper, readiness, external site coverage) together with local team management, downtime management - also in management team planning and further training planning coordination with OP coordination on day and emergency requirements, participation in OP plan meetings Staff development/competence mix (e.g. regional anaesthesia, children's anaesthesia, Sectio), training Participation in the OP process control (FD AN resources, start times, failures) and action derivation Participation in the annual setting of the protected management time (control in the JOKBP)

A completed training as a nurse or anaesthetic assistant (w/m/d) with several years of professional experience in anaesthesia The completed specialist training for intensive care and anaesthesia care It would also be desirable to provide further training on the specialist for management tasks in care.
