CONCERNING incoming personnel requests and switching of the associated job advertisements Pre-selection of candidates (m/w/d) by telephone, personal or Team interviews Processing of application documents, profiling and forwarding of profiles to customers (m/w/d) and the associated employee (m/w/d) Exchange with customers for job placements Care and updating of the applicant and employee database Support in operating daily business, e.g. in the collection of proofs of working time, contract creation, etc.

REQUIREMENTS Experience in human resources or appropriate training (e.g. personnel service businessman/wife, personnel manager/in; HR Manager etc.) Multiannual practice in staff services and secure knowledge in recruiting and in staff support Safe handling of Microsoft Office, strong communicative skills and professional appearance Passion for recruiting, especially for IT profiles Above-average motivation and strong demand for success – we are looking for people who want to stay up and get results High commitment and initiative Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
