Regional Manager in Real Estate Management – Full-time / Part-time (m/f/d)

In cooperation with the regional management, you are responsible for the performance of the Frankfurt region in the Southwest region with up to 4,300 units You control the on-site customer service with commercial and technical tasks of housing management and rental You develop marketing measures for the rental of real estate assets and enter individual owners as part of the third-party management. In doing so, you represent their interests and relies on owners:in line with asset and property management You lead and develop your own team consisting of approx. 20 Farmers:inside, landlords:inside, technicians:inside You work with your team and regional executives to continuously optimize the results in line with the corporate strategy and the related processes You ensure the quality of investment proposals and implement the object-related rental strategy taking into account the defined object strategy

You have a degree or a commercial/technical training with immobility training You have already gained experience in controlling external/customer service organisations You have extensive experience in the operational management of housing assets – both at commercial and technical level – including the third-party business or support for external real estate assets In the past, you have proven that you can motivate and lead larger teams responsibly A systematic operation and efficient organization are of course for you You are resilient and convince by your negotiation skills, situation-related communication and your sovereign appearance You have already worked with SAP and the programs of the Microsoft Office package A class B driving licence completes your profile
