Completed commercial training or economic studies Multiannual professional experience in the precious metal industry, noble metal processing industry or adjacent areas (e.g. precious metal trade/recycling/pain) Detectional leadership experience in a comparable location or P&L role Embossed sales and business development strength with Track Record in business development Know-how found in precious metal trade and/or recycling and/or jewelry/precious metal production Entrepreneurial thinking, result orientation and high level of implementation Very good knowledge of German and good English (further languages of advantage) readiness to travel (depending on market/customer activities)
