Your communications talent is in demand – at the reception of visitors and guests as well as during the care of the telephone center. You keep an overview – with the visitor registration, the coordination of parcel and courier services as well as the processing of the inbox and exit. Your organizational talent is used – in the administration of the post office and postage meter machine as well as the procurement and delivery of shipping materials. You are responsible for smooth processes – through the maintenance of master data and support in administrative tasks. In our canteen, you can also pack up – in the issue of food and drinks as well as the care of employees and guests. You take responsibility – when ordering and managing food and maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

You have a professional training, e.g. as a hotel specialist (m/w/d), a businessman for office management (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. (m/w/d) are also welcome. You convince by your friendly and service-oriented appearance and enjoy dealing with people – personally and on the phone. You work independently, carefully and reliably and keep track of different tasks. Ideally, you have first experiences in the reception, service or gastronomy area. Hygiene, order and quality are of course for you – especially in the use of food You have a valid health certificate or an instruction according to § 43 Infection Protection Act or are willing to acquire it at short notice.
