Shift Supervisor (m/w/d) Logistics

We are now looking for a team leader (m/w/d)... for a logistics service provider represented throughout Germany. The place is to be occupied for the first time in the context of the transfer of workers; a takeover within the first year will be sought. The company is responsible for the storage of train parts in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Piening GmbH is a second-generation family-run company with over 45 years of industry experience and is one of Germany's most successful service providers with about 90 locations. • You are responsible for your own area of about 10 employees in the warehouse - The workflows of the other employees (m/w/d) are monitored by you in compliance with the safety regulations - You coordinate the work of new employees - The processing of incoming work orders is your agreement with the customer - In case of problems and uncertainties occurring in the warehouse, you will find solutions together with the area managers

• A successfully completed training in the field of warehouse logistics or a similar qualification is available - You can present a valid forklift certificate - skills, communication strength and reliable operation You out - You are ready to work in shiftwork (without night shifts) - At best you could already gain first experience in managing employees
