Doctor / specialist for the rehabilitation medical service (m/f/d)

You support our participants in disease and disability processing. You help activate their self-help potential. You take over the rehabilitation medical care of our participants (especially in mental impairments), inform and advise, if necessary. their members and their members and their colleagues. As part of the diagnostics, you will see the medical documents of the rehabilitation assistants, conduct discussions, standard investigations and anamnese surveys.

You document process-relevant information. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will participate in the Reha team meetings. You create reports on the possibilities of use of the Reha-Assesment participants. You recognize and plan health-related support measures for our participants

You have a successfully completed study of human medicine and the German approval as a doctor. Ideally, you already have experience as a specialist in occupational medicine/social medicine (m/w/d) or continuing training after completion of the non-working medical training sections in the medical profession. You have team and communication skills as well as collaborative capacity and joy in interdisciplinar professional exchange, flexibility and self-initiative organizational capacity, service orientation and a basic business understanding. You have a willingness to continue and further education and counselling skills. You enjoy teamwork (training, psychology, social services, rehabilitation and integration management).
