HR system support and user support You enter our HR IT system “rexx” and ensure its smooth operation. This includes the management of user roles and access rights as well as the analysis and elimination of system malfunctions. In addition, you support employees through technical assistance and carry out training to promote safe and efficient use of HR software applications. Digitization and further development of HR processes You support the digitalization of HR processes with the aim of making processes more efficient and effective. In addition, you work with HR projects and contribute your expertise in IT-side system support. Another focus of your activity is the development and implementation of individual reports and dashboards to provide relevant HR key figures transparently. Data protection, data security and documentation You ensure compliance with data security and data protection requirements within the HR system landscape. You also support the creation, maintenance and further development of HR system documentation as well as the associated processes and thus contribute to high transparency and traceability.

What distinguishes you: Qualification and professional experience You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on personnel, computer science or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring multi-year professional experience in the field of HR-IT, Human Resources, HR system administration or in a comparable function. Technical and technical skills You have profound knowledge of modern HR IT systems such as rexx, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Personio or comparable solutions. In addition, you have experience in the introduction, administration and continuous development of HR applications as well as digital HR processes. Your basic technical understanding of system integrations, interfaces and data structures allows you to analyze complex relationships and implement practical solutions. Data protection and communication You have good knowledge in the field of data protection, data security and in the handling of authorization and role concepts. Your profile is rounded off by very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing that will allow you to communicate safely in a professional working environment.
