Every year, the CJD offers 155,000 young and adult people orientation and future opportunities. They are supported, accompanied and trained by more than 10,500 volunteers at over 350 locations.

In the CJD Vocational Training Work Frechen in the metropolis region Cologne, young people with learning disabilities and mental impairments for the 1st Labour market fully prepared and trained.

Your New Task

• Dual vocational training of young people with learning difficulties and/or mental illnesses
• placement of vocational training contents according to the training framework plan
• exam preparation
• switching key competencies
• imparting specialist theory and practice in individual support and support education
• Documentation of training and individual rehabilitation planning
• Implementation of learning success controls
• Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team and collegial information exchange
• Planning, organisation and implementation of multi-disciplinary projects

Your profile

• Completion as masters, technicians in construction or comparable qualification
• Appropriation of trainers according to the Approval Regulation (AdA)
• Rehabilitative training desirable
• Experience in teaching vocational training content (theory / practice) to young people with learning difficulties and/or mental illnesses
• Joy in working with young people
• Structured, independent work
• Conflictability, teamability, flexibility, resilience
• secure computer skills in Word and Excel
• Safe handling of digital media in relation to the placement of vocational training content
• Membership in a Christian church belonging to the Working Group of Christian Churches (ACK) of Germany is desirable
