Commercial examination and evaluation of tenders, supply requirements and framework contracts - especially in the area of spare parts, repair and service. Creation and processing of offers for factory supply contracts, maintenance measures as well as service and service contracts - including pricing according to internal guidelines. Coordination and commercial control of repair processes involving internal departments (e.g. repair, material control, purchasing, law) and communication with external partners and authorities (e.g. ZtQ). Implementation of customer negotiations at prices, services and delivery conditions under defined requirements. Commercial order processing including accounting, shipping and export processing as well as maintenance of the interfaces to accounting, logistics, export control and customer service.

Complete studies in the commercial sector (e.g. business management, economic law, logistics management) or a comparable commercial training with multi-year relevant professional experience. Experience in supply processing, contract testing and export processing - ideally in the industrial or safety-critical environment. Safe handling of export-relevant legal bases (e.g. AWG, KWKG, OECD guidelines) as well as public procurement procedures and pricing (e.g. VO PR 30/53, VOL/A/B, ABBV). Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office. German and good knowledge of English.
