Partner Development Manager - Marktplatz (m/f/d)

As a partner development manager, you are the driving force behind the growth of our digital marketplace. Your mission: You win new partner companies, build attractive and relevant assortments, and specifically close offer gaps to strengthen our portfolio. You take responsibility for the entire partner acquisition - from the first address to the signing of the contract to the Go level. You win new suppliers, especially for B and C articles. You strategically expand the marketplace range through targeted onboarding projects. You take over the end-to-end response for the onboarding process of new partners - from initial contact to live switching. You will ensure the technical briefing of our partners. You conduct contract negotiations, always in line with marketplace strategy. You work closely with sales, product management and marketing to plan and implement introductory campaigns. You monitor and control acquisition projects based on defined KPIs.

You bring experience in business development, sales or e-commerce and know the dynamics of digital marketplaces. You are an active networker with Hunter mentality and strategic vision. You convince through negotiation skills and present concepts effectively. You control your projects KPI-based and make data-based decisions. You also keep an overview of complex processes and work in a solution-oriented manner with all stakeholders. Such projects require you flexibility and the ability to deal constructively with delays. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
