This is your field of action: You take over the OSPlus administration as well as the release processing and ensure that system changes are implemented in a timely and regular manner. You promote the implementation of digital service and consulting processes for our customers. You control the ongoing digitization of our internal processes. You coordinate the creation, maintenance and release of process documentation as well as the implementation of risk and control analyses in process management. You drive forward the further development and standardization of the business processes within your task area, analyse existing processes, conduct optimizations and implement future-oriented solutions incl. Use of artificial intelligence. You coordinate the implementation of risk analyses for outsourcing, check compliance with MaRisk, DORA and relevant KWG regulations and prepare the corresponding reports to supervisory authorities.

This is what distinguishes you: you have successfully qualified as a specialist (m/w/d) and have first experience in project work and process optimization. You are ideally familiar with the organization of a bank in professional practice. You have a high IT affinity. Ideally, you already have knowledge of OSPlus. You have the ability to present complex situations in a structured manner and have a pronounced degree of self-initiative and decision-making power.
