This position is designed as Finance Generalist role, with a focus on reporting, analysis and financial management, complemented by selected operational accounting activities: Compilation of regular financial reports and analyses for the headquarters in China to ensure accuracy and schedule Implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts incl. Bookings, voting and deviation analyses Processing and compilation of financial data for internal consolidated evaluations Implementation of relevant financial processes in the ERP system (SAP) Monitoring of open items as well as creating account-receivable reports Analysis of customer rebates, fee structures and other financial indicators Maintenance and management of customer and supplier master data Support in the development and optimization of existing finance processes
Complete degree in Finance, Accounting, BWL or comparable 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in finance Solid understanding of financial processes, particularly in the field of reporting and accounting Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP Good knowledge in MS Excel Flowing language skills in German, English and Chinese (all three required) Structured, reliable and independent operation
