As part of the electronic market communication processes of electricity and gas, you take over the timely processing of incoming market news Processing of incoming de-, application, and other requests from our electricity, gas, water and heat customers clarifications with our market partners and the processing of clearing cases Creation of regular energy bills Supporting our service customers in the processing of management, maintenance and updating of accounting bases and in the implementation of energy-economic topics Active participation of the upcoming transformation of our process and system landscape (including digitalization, automation)
