Control/monitoring of rental and incidental charges Examination of open items and payment residues Voting the tenant accounts with property management and rent accounting Creation and dispatch of payment reminders and reminders Monitoring of dunning periods Documentation of the dunning process Communication with tenants in connection with payment residues Agreement and creation of payment agreements Analysis and evaluation of open claims (height, duration, availability) Monitoring of payment agreements Creation of notices without notice Preparing/recreating judicial order Preparing/representing evacuation actions Preparation of transfer to debt collections or external lawyers Creation of evaluations on lease residues Risk assessment support Technical examination of invoices

(m/w/d) or comparable training Multiannual experience in debt management, debtor accounting or rent accounting Good knowledge in handling open items, reminding processes and payment arrangements Basic knowledge of rental law and judicial dunning and enforcement proceedings of advantage Experience in cooperation with debt collection service providers and/or lawyers desirable Safe in handling MS Office and ideally experience with real estate management software iX-Haus Structured, careful and independent operation Enforcement combined with a professional and solution-oriented communication style Teamability and good coordination with internal interfaces such as property management and accounting
