Working Student - Employer Branding (m/f/d)

You are part of the Corporate HR team, which is responsible for HR marketing as well as HR Business and Talent Acquisition. This gives you a holistic insight and can complement your theoretical knowledge in Employer Branding with practical experience. At the same time, you support us in further strengthening the employer brand with strategic measures. Your core tasks are in the following areas: You create LinkedIn contributions for the United Internet AG account in close coordination with the specialist and corporate communications. You support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of university trade fairs. You work with projects around Employer Branding as well as overarching recruiting topics. You bring your ideas into the design of new measures, campaigns and communication formats. You are in close cooperation with our marketing agency for the creation of digital and analogue media. You additionally support the appointment coordination and communication along the recruiting process.

You are currently studying marketing, BWL or a related subject and can support us with 15 to 20 hours per week. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in this area. It also features: You have a strong communication talent and can communicate with you in a targeted manner thanks to your linguistic sense. You are an organizational institution and like to work with different stakeholders. You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and have a look for detail. You have very good knowledge of German and good English.
