You control the claim management for our software solutions as a central interface between our customers and our development department They analyze customer complaints, coordinate internal processing via a ticket system and drive solution-oriented decisions They support our specialist department in fault analysis and limitation of the cause of malfunction They monitor the deadlines, priorities and the processing status of open claims, update them continuously and ensure a smooth and efficient process They work independently and keep an overview – even in demanding escalations or complex demands

They bring the necessary expertise on the basis of a technical study, a technician training or a comparable qualification with They are software affinity and are inspiring for claim management, come from machine and plant engineering or even from intralogistics They have process understanding, have a pronounced analytical ability and a structured way of working They are communicative, convincing through solution-oriented thinking and acting, show commitment and enforcement You have good English skills in word and writing
