As a member of the “Annunciation and Billing” team, you will ensure that our modernization projects are handled legally and transparently across Germany. The following tasks come to you:

You create independent modernization announcements and bills for building and heating modernization You check calculations and costs for their correctness and profitability, set up the necessary correspondences so that our modernization projects can be successfully implemented As a central commercial interface, you work closely with the regional units and our technical departments and support our customer support with detailed questions about the announcement and billing of modernization measures In addition, you have the opportunity to introduce your own ideas and further develop our processes for rent adjustment due to modernization
