Technical property support: holistic responsibility for residential and commercial real estate as well as ensuring value conservation and building security. Maintenance management: control of maintenance and repairs, including fault analysis, self-service for small-scale repairs and tracking of warranty claims. Service provider control: tendering, commissioning and coordination of external specialist companies and acceptance of services on site. Budget & Reporting: Compilation of cost and schedules, technical audit and regular reporting on the operating state. Interface function: Central technical contact for tenants and service providers as well as accompaniment of object and housing removals.

Complete technical training with additional commercial training or study in the field of facility management / real estate management Multiannual professional experience in the technical management of commercial properties Embossed communication and analysis skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented operation Safe handling of common software, especially MS Excel High customer orientation, commitment and enforcement Good knowledge of German in word and writing.
