Your mission

• You are responsible for the result and project throughout the product life cycle
• You support the participation of R Supply creation and presentation with focus on Scope definition and planning (implements, costs, time)
• You are responsible for the project implementation, both agil (Scrum) and classic (waterfall, fixed price), and Salesforce configuration
• Analysis, design and implementation of implementation and integration requirements in the areas of sales, service and marketing
• You carry out scoping and optimization workshops with our interested parties: inside and out, you are responsible for the conception and implementation of training measures for end users: inside

Your Skillset .

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, sciences, mathematics or comparable qualifications
• Practical experience with Salesforce Introduction, Customizing and cloud-based architectures in general, as well as Salesforce certifications and project deployments
• Experience with agile approach models as well as with the classic waterfall approach, appropriate certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe) desirable
• Successful participation in various IT implementation projects in responsible roles, e.g. in the design and ideally also as project manager:in
• Good understanding of operational processes in CRM, sales, customer service and/or marketing as well as process analysis and documentation
• Very good knowledge of German and English, as well as readiness to travel
