You take over after a short introduction – closely accompanied by the team – in particular the following tasks: Implementation of daily business in payment transactions for business and private customers settlement of euro and foreign currency payments via SEPA, TARGET and SWIFT Coordination of euro and foreign currency balances and cooperation with money trade Monitoring of payment flows as well as clarification and reprocessing of inconsistencies Collection and processing of manual payments Close cooperation with interfaces such as Accounting, Compliance, IT and external service providers Working with technical and regulatory changes in payment transactions Monitoring of changes and projects, in particular through technical consultations and conducting and documentation of tests You use AI-assisted applications to support your work, meet informed decisions based on results and question them critically. You will also recognize potentials for the further development of processes by using new technologies. You also take into account regulatory and qualitative requirements in handling AI The focus is initially on operating daily business. The share of change and project topics is gradually expanded with increasing experience.

Completed bank training (e.g. bank clerk/bank clerk) Professional experience in a financial institution, ideally in operations or market succession units interest in payment transactions; relevant experience is advantageous, but no requirement first experience in the implementation of technical changes or IT-Changes desirable Careful, structured and reliable operation Team orientation, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn Secure knowledge of German in word and writing are mandatory English knowledge of advantage Perspective: The position offers you the opportunity to develop professionally in payment transactions and to take greater responsibility in change and development issues in the medium term.
