Project Manager TRML-4D (m/f/d)

Responsible management of TRML-4D customer projects with responsibility for quality, costs and dates Management of the customer and other stakeholders (e.g. contracting authorities, official quality check, etc.), including reporting, and collection of customer feedback for forwarding and continuous improvement of the product Preparation and implementation of project and customer reviews Creation, coordination and monitoring of project plans (resources, time, costs), including introduction of measures for deviations Implementation of Claim and Waiver Management in close coordination with the Customer Control of all internal areas (production, purchasing, engineering, customer service) as well as external service providers and subcontractors as part of the project realization Contract management with the customer (supported by internal functions) Provision of the ordered services (e.g. training, documentation) in cooperation with the customer service area Creating regular internal status reports and reports to management Leadership, motivation and further development of the employees involved in the project. The willingness to travel is assumed.

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or comparable) Embossed team and communication skills, safe occurrence and very high self-responsibility Practical experience with the use of radar or fire units (air defense) of advantage Multiannual leadership experience in project management of complex systems Experience in cooperation with industrial partners, authorities and military end customers Knowledge of supply and contract management as well as the handling of subcontractors Certification in project management (e.g. PMI) of advantage German and English skills
