Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

Contact person (m/w/d) for all commercial and contractual issues of the projects assigned to you Examination and creation of customer contracts Asset and receivable management to ensure order liquidity Testing of supplier invoices Ensuring project-related cost control Creation of target/actual analyses and project forecast reports Monthly project reviews with all project participants Application for bank guarantees and coordination of insurance behaviour

A Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics First professional experience or additional commercial training are advantageous Safe handling of MS Office programs, very good Excel skills required High operational readiness with a proactive and structured method Impressed ability to entrepreneurial thinking Own-sponsored and independent working and yet strong team skills Safe, sympathetic appearance with enforcing power Positive exposure to customers and employees
