Tax Expert / Head of Shared Service Center – AI & Finance Transformation (m/f/d)

Technical and tax management of a shared service center for financial and accounting Responsibility for tax quality assurance of ongoing accounting and complex tax issues Building, leadership and further development of the SSC team and establishing efficient work and control processes Participation in the development and optimization of AI-based accounting and tax processes Definition and further development of quality, control and compliance standards (including IKS and SOX) Contact person for clients and internal departments in tax and accounting issues Responsibility for sales tax, reporting and declaration issues as well as monitoring of audits Further development of the performance portfolio and identification of new optimization potentials Close cooperation with management in the strategic development of the company

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Knowledge of German tax law, including complex tax issues Leadership experience or motivation to build a team and develop professionally Experience in process design, quality assurance and optimization of finance and tax processes Knowledge in building and implementing internal control systems (IKS) and ideally experience with SOX requirements Interest in digitalization and artificial intelligence as well as openness to the use of modern technologies in accounting Structured, quality-oriented and independent working Impressed communication strength and safe occurrence to clients, management and testers Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in developing new structures and services actively
