Number: MER00044F9 In our team ''World Premieres & Media Experiences', we create unique events worldwide – from vehicle world premieres to international driving events to exclusive press events worldwide. We develop and implement innovative event concepts that enable us to experience new vehicles and technologies for media and stakeholders around the globe. These challenges come to you: Working with the event team in the design of international physical as well as digital press conferences / world premieres and events - including research, planning of events and operational support

Participation in the implementation of concepts for product launches, support of project management and guest management

Close cooperation with agencies, internal departments and external service providers

Formulation of invitations and graphical preparation of invitations for different target groups

Conducting and evaluating competitive analyses for identifying best practices and market trends

Support in the development of KPIs and the integration of surveys

The activity can begin from September 2026

Course Communications, Business Administration, Event Management or a comparable course of studies

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva o.A. desirable
