Life Science Nord (LSN) is the regional industrial, research and policy network for the countries of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. The LSN cluster, with its approximately 600 companies in the fields of medical technology, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, technical schools, universities, non-university research institutions and clinics, as well as more than 300 active members of the association, forms an important innovation and economic factor for the two countries of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. We, the Life Science Nord Management GmbH, are driving the cooperation between business, science and politics in a targeted manner, making a significant contribution to the innovative capacity and value added in the region and to the international visibility of the Life Science site in Northern Germany. From 01.11.2025 we are looking for a:n for the project TALENTready Project manager:in Expertise & Cluster Projects The project TALENTready, which will be launched shortly, will support companies from different sectors in the field of technical assistance and establish a thematic network for this purpose. The focus is on sector-wide, digital HR solutions that help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to gain new talent, develop employees and bind them in the long term. In addition to Life Science Nord, the following cluster organisations are also involved as project partners: Hamburg Aviation, Renewable Energies Hamburg, Maritimes Cluster Nord-deutscheland, Logistik-Initiative Hamburg and Food Cluster Hamburg. Together with these partners, we develop innovative measures along the entire professional life cycle – from recruiting to onboarding, further development and promotion to offboarding. In this exciting project, LSN plays a central role in the practical implementation of measures and in the transfer of knowledge.

Within the TALENTready joint project, you will be able to implement subprojects and work closely with our cluster-based project partners. You will develop measures that support the cluster players in the field of technical assistance and ensure that best practices and success stories are also perceived in the public. These include events, workshops, marketing activities and the construction of an expert network. In doing so, you explore trends in the field of digitalization and AI, which can make HR processes more efficient, and introduce your own ideas for digital applications into suitable formats and exchange-platforms within the project. You are a contact person for stakeholders, participating companies and project partners. The control of external service providers as part of your project management activity is also part of your task. Finally, you will draw up reports, information materials and dossiers on the project results.

A completed study that qualifies you for project management First experience in the field of tasks, ideal in human resources, recruiting or HR project management Interest and curiosity for professionals and digitization issues and the desire to work on you in cross-industry topics Organizational talent and joy in designing and implementing event formats and marketing materials Dealing with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), content management systems and other digital tools Very good knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English A structured, independent and cooperative way of working with a view to the essentials
