IT Manager at owner-managed hidden champion (m/f/d)

For our clients, a well-established and healthy national and international industrial company in Vogtland, we are currently looking for an IT line (m/w/d). You are responsible for a team of about 5 employees in the areas of digitalization, networking, IT security and support. In the context of IT security projects, digitalization projects in the field of HR or manufacturing (e.g. additive manufacturing), you will help shape the development of the company.

We are therefore looking for an agile and changeable designer (m/w/d), with pronounced communication skills and team spirit.

Discipline and professional responsibility of the IT area at the main location and subsidiaries Ensuring smooth and trouble-free IT operation Conception and implementation of IT projects (e.g. the introduction of new software, hardware, IT security, digitalization processes in production) Strategic technical and commercial planning of the IT area Close cooperation with the departments and direct reporting to the management

Successfully completed technical studies or training with appropriate further qualification and relevant professional experience Multiannual professional and leadership experience in IT ideally in the manufacturing and industrial environment Evidence of IT teams Embossed expertise in IT project management (e.g. cyber security) Very good knowledge of German and English
