Develop modern, scalable architecture concepts in the insurance environment and continuously develop them Ensure that architectural principles are implemented consistently and act as a professional extension of existing experts Evaluate technical solutions based on best practices and design architectures so that technologies are used correctly and unforeseen Work closely with technical teams to define clear guidelines, adhere to technical boundaries and establish high-quality solutions Communicate architectural decisions convincingly at all levels, from the operative team to management and management Actively support the organisation in modernising its system landscape in the insurance, finance or technology environment Drive decisions forward pragmatically and introduce a strong hands-on-mindset that combines conception and implementation Build a trusted bridge between expertise, technology, management and external stakeholders and establish yourself as a central architectural entity

You have a very good degree in mathematics or computer science You have over 15 years of experience as an IT architect:in, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or Lead Engineer You bring up current, profound technical know-how You work strongly conceptually and proceed structured, analytically and methodically You communicate on all levels convincingly and present complex topics in a comprehensible way, even in relation to management You have ideally experience in the insurance, finance and/or technology environment You can accurately prepare complex issues and communicate them to decision-makers You trade pragmatic, solution-oriented and sovereign and bring a pronounced “Macher” mint set with Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
