District Heating Construction Coordinator (m/f/d)

Construction management: You coordinate the construction projects in deep and pipeline construction with regard to the expansion and rehabilitation of the district heating network. You occupy an inter-works expert role in which you are expertly consulted on major measures and complex district heating issues. Construction monitoring and quality assurance: You shall ensure that construction projects are implemented in accordance with permits, construction requirements and safety and transport requirements. Keep in mind the proper documentation and compliance with the standards. Project management: With a clear view of costs, dates and resources, you control and accompany the construction processes and ensure a timely and high-quality implementation of the measures. The structured follow-up and documentation of the projects is your responsibility. Interface management: You coordinate cooperation between internal areas and external partners such as the civil engineering office, builders, civil engineering companies and engineering offices and ensure a smooth flow of information and coordination.

Graduate: You have completed your studies in civil engineering with a focus on road or civil engineering or have a qualification as a state-tested technician in the field of civil engineering (low or road construction) or as a certified master/in district heating/ civil engineering. Your technical expertise and experience in the engineering environment are crucial. Professional experience: You have practical experience in managing and coordinating construction projects, ideally in the field of civil engineering and district heating. Working methods: You work structured, independent and project-oriented. The safe handling of digital tools as well as the usual MS Office applications is of course for you. Knowledge: You are familiar with the regulations of the VOB as well as the regulations and standards relevant to your activity (AGFW, DIN standards, etc.) Driving licence: You own the class B licence.
