Planning, implementation and further development of the marketing and communication strategy via all relevant channels (Print, Online, Social, Messe) holistic project management of all marketing measures including KPI-based control Creating and coordinating target group-oriented PR and specialist content in close coordination with product management and specialist departments Responsibility for design and production of sales documents (brochures, flyers, presentations) Ensuring a consistent brand appearance including Corporate Design Worldwide With design and further development of the digital brand website (Website/CMS, social media, online campaigns) Tracking, analysis and optimization of marketing and performance campaigns Project management for national and international trade fairs and events Implementation of market and competition analyses incl. deriving strategic measures Planning, control and monitoring of the marketing budget incl. Forecasts

Complete business studies or commercial training (e.g. advertising businessman/wife) with corresponding further training At least 7 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the industrial environment Knowledge of classical and digital marketing instruments Detectional experience in content development (offline & online) and campaign control Very good German and good English skills Safe handling of MS Office Entrepreneurial thinking with operational ground liability Strong project management, high implementation competence, multitasking capability Analytical, data-driven – with sense for market and customer Joy in developing a digital strategy Communicative, strong and binding
