You take over the professional leadership of a team of dedicated colleagues. As a team leader, you are responsible for the implementation of our pedagogical mission, the concepts and the quality agreements of our youth assistance institution. The control of the execution organization (including service planning, management of service meetings, incorporation of new colleagues) is in your hands. You are involved in the reference and educational support of young people. You bring your experiences into the further development of the concepts. You are an important interface to other areas in the entire company.

You have completed a study of pedagogy, social education, social work, educational sciences, psychology or medical education, or you have a state recognition as an educator with corresponding professional experience. You already have several years of experience in youth assistance and work with young people and young adults in stressful living conditions. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in managing a small team. It is characterised by a pronounced communication and conflicting ability and enforcement strength. For you, an esteemed attitude and respect for the individuality of young people is of course a matter of course. You take the young people in their wholeness and take over your tasks with commitment and resilience.
