Educator or special education nurse in child and adolescent psychiatry at our new location in Vogtareuth (m/f/d)

Organization and structuring of the hospital daily: You actively support planning and coordination to ensure a smooth process for patients and the team. Co-therapeutic conversations: You target topics from individual or group therapies and deepen them to promote the therapeutic process. Crisis intervention: You are the first respondent in acute situations and provide competent support to ensure stability and safety. Management of therapy groups: You independently conduct groups on topics such as relaxation, mindfulness, social competence or skills training and thus promote the personal development of patients.

You have a completed training for educators, nurses or a home educator (m/w/d). Ideally, you already have experience in the field of psychiatry or care for people in housing and home groups, but this is not a prerequisite. Communication strength, team skills and joy at work are yours. Their appearance towards patients, patients and their references is characterized by respect, professionalism and empathy. You are curious about new topics and are interested in professional development.
