Your tasks: Expertise asked: In this responsible position, you are the first contact point for our employees and executives and provide competent advice in all billing-relevant, social insurance and wage tax issues. Perfection in detail: You are responsible for the precise preparation of the monthly pay bill for a defined area and take care of all upstream and downstream activities. Communication and cooperation: You maintain the correspondence with health insurance companies, offices and authorities and ensure the frictionless exchange of information. Reporting and certification: You independently process the reporting and certification and ensure that everything has its order. Expert assessment: With your expertise you guarantee the correct social insurance and tax treatment of pay components. Innovative processes: Be part of the digital transformation and introduce your ideas to develop workflows. Project work: You work independently on exciting HR projects and actively contribute to the success of the team. Time management: You manage holiday requests, medical reports and other absences to keep an overview of the availability of employees. This includes monitoring compliance with working time laws and creating evaluations and reports.

Your profile: Training and qualification: A completed commercial training, ideally focusing on staff, financial or wage accounting. Additional further developments in salary accounting are advantageous Knowledge of labour law and social security law: understanding of current legal requirements to ensure correct accounting Experience in payroll accounting: Practical well-founded experience in the creation of wage and salary bills, ideally with SAP IT and software knowledge: Safe handling of common billing software as well as MS Office, especially Excel and enthusiasm for technical innovations to raise processes to the next level Tatendrang and own initiative: paired with a view for details Accuracy and care: Self-employed and precise operation with high quality standards and the necessary self-responsibility to avoid errors in billing Confidentiality: discretion in handling sensitive employee data.
