Your duties In the family environment

• create the individual training plans for training on the basis of the framework training plan • you are contact persons for the trainees also during the external mandatory assignments • keep in contact with the vocational schools, the external employment offices and make arrangements for implementing training with all participants • document all processes and are motivated to advance developments
