IT Service Responsibility: For a stable and efficient IT operation, you monitor all central IT services. ITIL Process Control: You are responsible for the extensive IT service management processes and ensure their efficiency. Interface & Coordination: You are the central contact for our IT teams, offices and external service providers. Service Quality & SLA Management: You ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and continuously optimize our service processes. Incident- & Problemmanagement: You control critical incidents, perform Cause Analysis and ensure sustainable solutions. Proactive optimization: You develop IT services, drive automation and optimize IT operations. Service Reviews & Communication: You organize regular service review meetings with internal and external partners and ensure a clear flow of information.
Experience & know-how: Multi-year experience in IT service management, ideally with ITIL certification. IT expertise: understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, IT security and monitoring technologies. Structured operation: Analytical strength, solution-oriented thinking and a good sense of priorities. Communication strength: ability to understand technical issues – both for IT experts and for non-technical stakeholders. Individual initiative & team spirit: Self-employed, proactive and targeted work and the motivation to actively develop IT services.
