Pedagogical Assistant for the Training Area of Nursing (m/f/d)

In the training centre for nursing occupations at the Centrum for training and further training of the University Hospital Bonn, the following place is to be filled in full time (38,5 hours/week) / part-time:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Educational and professional management of courses in generalist nursing training
• Acquisition of theoretical and practical teaching
• Accompanying trainees in the practical fields of application
• Organisation, planning and evaluation of courses
• Participation in the conceptual development of the curricular training structure
• Working with the implementation and further development of VR simulations
• Working with comprehensive school development processes

Requirements profile

Your profile:

• A completed three-year training in nursing, also in the focus of care for children
• Complete or ongoing studies of nursing education or equivalent vocational education (Diplom/Master)
• Enthusiasm for and joy in teaching in the field of nursing
• The ability to interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Creativity, commitment and innovative willingness to participate and introduce new training concepts
• Experience in the development and implementation of competence-oriented teaching concepts
