We are looking for you as a branch manager*in (m/w/d) in the Rhine-Main area. Be the heart of our branch!

WHAT WHAT?

• Customer proximity & sales – You build new customer relationships and encourage existing partnerships with enthusiasm, telephone acquisition is a must – you are proactive to customers, you take responsibility for the operational daily routine and pending customer projects
• Full responsibility for your branch – from the first handling with the customer to the successful deployment planning, implementation of job interviews and setting of suitable candidates
• Leadership & Development of your team – You are not only boss*in, but coach, motivator and fellow-rider with a view to people, structures and growth potentials
• Responsibility room – With us you can move something! You are constantly looking at the economic aspect. Fast decisions and self-responsibility are of course for you

HER PERSONAL MARKETS

• You already have experience in personnel services, ideally also in the area of sales or disposition
• You are a real team player with leadership skills – clear, fair and at eye level
• Entrepreneurial thinking, hand-on mentality and a proper portion of self-motivation characterize you
• You pack, have fun sharing with people and love to bring things to life
• Class B driving licence is pre-set
