Manager Payroll (m/f/d)

Payroll is responsible for: You secure the full and on-time pay bill for around 700 employees and also decide on complex pay tax, social insurance, labour and collective bargaining issues with sovereign and legal certainty. Team Leader: You run our four-headed Payroll team to ensure clear structures and create an environment through exchange and collaboration, where you can reliably achieve good results together. Control time management: You are responsible for the time economy as well as the relevant interfaces to payroll and keeps in mind processes, dependencies and possible effects. Plan personnel costs: You are responsible for personnel cost planning, first forecasts and provide transparent personal business reporting for a reliable basis of decision. Contact: You support executives, management and employees in billing-relevant topics and accompany the cooperation with authorities, examiners and external partners, including pay tax and social security checks. Developing processes: Together with your team, you develop Payroll and HR processes, drive digitization forward and ensure high standards of quality, data protection and compliance.

Multiannual professional experience in pay billing and experience with an in-house billing in a company of comparable size Knowledge of wage tax law, social security and labour law and ideally in collective bargaining Multiannual leadership experience or extensive experience in the professional management of a Payroll team with a value-adding and clear leadership style Good knowledge of time management, personnel cost planning and reporting as well as experience with payroll and time management systems Very good SAP and Excel knowledge Embossed analytical skills and a secure decision-making capability associated with discretion, communication strength and a high service idea
