You create concepts of security architectures and jointly implement the implementation on campus You monitor network availability and activities in order to be able to identify anomalies, attacks and safety and operational problems proactively. You support the design, implementation and operation of complex network systems

You participate in the existing hardware lifecycle and take over the exchange of infrastructure, starting with the conception, a test environment, and the subsequent evaluation of the ready-to-use new technologies You develop the administrative platforms used with automations and connections to existing systems You optimize and plan the further expansion of W-LAN infrastructure in our new buildings and in the existing buildings on campus With your know-how and commitment, you will take care of change requirements and disruptions in the system environment You document the network infrastructure and work steps in tools such as Confluence, DCIM, DDI and create corresponding operating concepts and operating manuals

You have a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification in IT with a multi-year professional experience in Enterprise IT infrastructures You have a sound knowledge in the areas of routing, switching, WLAN, NAC and firewall environment You have deepened your know-how through completed certifications on professional or expert levels (e.g.Fortinet FCP, Aruba ACP, ACNA, etc.) You have extensive knowledge of current threats and possible countermeasures in the field of IT security You ideally have experiences with network automation (e.g. interfaces, API integration) You have a creative, team-ready and conceptual way of thinking, complemented by a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You could gain practical experience in project management and management of IT projects You are ready for occasional missions, including abroad in Europe (DACH region), You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least level C1)
