Guide our academy in Augsburg and its associated offices with around 18 employees within the Education Centre division Take strategic and organisational measures together with the management and actively contribute to their further development Develop strategic and operational goals and actively shape the continuous improvement process (KVP) Analyze and develop educational opportunities with a view to trends in crafts, practicality and competitiveness Respond to cross-media measures in educational marketing and support the visibility of our Academy Work closely with business management and education controlling to coordinate investment together and ensure cost-effectiveness Wear the overall responsibility for the teaching management of the Academy Network with companies, craft organizations, state schools, professional schools, bodies and external partners and represent our Academy to the outside

You have a degree as Master (m/w/d), Technicians (m/w/d), Business Administration (m/w/d) or a completed degree with reference to education, technology or business You have several years of professional and leadership experience You have experience in continuing vocational training or educational work, ideally related to crafts You convince with the joy of innovation – especially on topics such as digitalization and modern didactics You think and work conceptually, act solution-oriented and advance projects structuredly You communicate clearly, cooperate at eye level and keep track of complex topics
