You represent the association, together with the President, both internally and externally and represent the professional interests, You take over the management of the association with a connected service company, You take full responsibility for management and management, You are responsible for the strategic and organizational development of the association, You supervise the work of the bodies and maintain contacts with industrial partners, associations, authorities, institutions and politics, organisation and implementation of clauses, meetings, federations and general meetings, You provide decision-relevant information for the active management of the association.

Completed university studies (operator or comparable). You have relevant experience from activities in trade associations and have taken over personnel and budget responsibility there. You are communication-intensive, binding and have a secure handling of interlocutors (m/w/d). You possess diplomatic skill and political feeling and can balance interests. Networking is your daily business. As a generalist, you have knowledge of PR and communication, affinity in the area of social media, marketing & lobbying. You can also master the acquisitions of sponsors and cooperation partners, the support of key accounts of the beauty industry as well as from industry, business and politics and can play further fields of successful association work. Routinized handling of MS Office is assumed. Additional software knowledge and experience are advantageous. Business and understanding is assumed. Experiences in sales and sales, in particular e-commerce, are advantageous. You possess leadership skills and maintain a highly cooperative leadership style. High level of team capacity, social competence and sense of responsibility.
