Assistance activities and organisation, coordination and prioritization of tasks in the direct environment of the EPMO (IT Enterprise Project Management Office) division Support and/or implementation of operational and administrative tasks relating to the control of the EPMO area Organisation and preparation of internal and external meetings and events and protocol management Support in the preparation and preparation of presentations, reports and concepts (in German and English) Conducting research and structured processing of decision-relevant information Own takeover of small projects and support for regional initiatives Control of administrative processes (e.g. orders, billing, onboarding) Coordination and follow-up of tasks in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Support for travel planning and appointment organisation at management level

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in business management, organization management, IT or comparable Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally related to management support, project coordination and/or team organisation Very good MS Office knowledge and safe handling of common collaboration and commercial tools High self-motivation and structured, independent and predictive operation German and English knowledge in word and writing
