Customer support: You are the main contact partner/in our customers for product-related questions and build a relationship with the customer via e-mail, telephone or conference circuit and plead this relationship. Problem solution: You solve customer questions and requests by identifying problems, researching answers, working with suppliers or other team members and delivering solutions to problems or creating suitable workarounds. Support Providement: You offer end-to-end support for complex applications with issues that are covered in the ticketing system. Business Process Analysis: You analyze the business processes of customers to identify opportunities for improvement. Gap analyses: You conduct Gap analyses between the requirements of our customers and the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) and Business Central (Navision) through and design solutions.

DEIN PROFIL Functional knowledge: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) or Business Central (Navision). We also offer you additional training in this field. Experience: proven experience in a customer-oriented function and good knowledge of the support processes for business and customer applications. Analytical thinking: Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working. Communication skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills. Educational degree: A degree of study (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) or a professional degree of technical or commercial orientation with multi-year professional experience in customer support or ERP consulting is advantageous. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing.
