Responsibility for optimising, checking and processing of all processes relating to our properties Development of the structure and organisation of the location documentation Development and Digitization of Facility Processes Planning, coordination and implementation of construction projects including internal and external parties Approvals Ensure compliance with legal requirements according to Legal/accreditation Control of compliance with technical installations and buildings Participation in contract negotiations with suppliers and service companies Budget planning for repairs and investments

Completed degree in facility management, civil engineering, etc. Multi-annual professional experience Extensive knowledge in the field of supply technology, in particular construction, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary technology Business knowledge and skills Enforcement and Persuasion Independent, committed and structured work Routined handling of AutoCAD and MS-Office Good knowledge of English readiness to travel within the framework of property management Driving licence B
