Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

As a Chamber of Crafts Berlin, we are a service provider for our member companies, self-government bodies and representatives of interests towards politics and society. Our service portfolio includes the support and support of 30,000 craft businesses in Berlin. These tasks await you:

• You are responsible for and advising craftsmen, apprentices and craftsmen's organisations in professional, legal, organizational and educational matters of vocational training
• They establish the suitability of training establishments and monitor the implementation of vocational training in accordance with the Crafts and Vocational Training Act.
• They deal with conflicts and find pragmatic solutions with the priority objective of training maintenance
• They promote compliance with quality standards during vocational training
• They implement workshops, training and exchange formats in the context of vocational training
• They represent the Chamber of Crafts in working groups and at events and promote cooperation with the partners in vocational training

Your profile:

• They have a successfully completed master's examination or completed vocational training with a passed training examination (AEVO) and a multi-year relevant professional experience in the field of vocational training, training advice or a comparable field of activity.
• You have experience in consulting firms and trainees
• They have excellent knowledge of the vocational education system, in particular with regard to the vocational training in the dual system.
• They have good computer skills
• They possess enforcement, organisational and communication strength
• They occur sovereignly and have joy in dealing with people
• They are resilient and have a high level of performance
• You have good English skills, if necessary you have knowledge of another foreign language

What we offer:

A permanent full-time activity (currently 39.4 hours/week), which is limited to one year and can subsequently be extended without a deadline. We also offer you:
