Engineer in Facility Management (m/f/d)

You ensure operator responsibility with the help of software-assisted testing and maintenance plans You control and monitor technical and infrastructure building management (TGM/IGM) including fault and complaint management In your own responsibility, you take over the control of measures to repair and modernise our properties – with a special focus on sustainable solutions You are responsible for the retrieval and processing of services in the context of existing contracts, from commissioning to accounting. If required, you will create self-service tenders according to VOB or VOL and then accompany the implementation of the commissioned services until the final completion In the context of commissioning management (IBM), you will work with technically complex construction projects You take over both in- and external consulting in terms of the operation of the technical installations In addition, you will have an impact on real estate use taking into account the life cycle phase

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the fields of Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical and Supply Technology or a comparable degree or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a masterin in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and then at least six years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering cutting (e.g. by means of work certificates). Further requirements: You ideally have first knowledge in dealing with procurement and contract law (VOB, VOL) You bring the willingness to incorporate into new work processes You are an organizational institution and are also characterised by a pronounced sense of cost and service, as well as good negotiation and organizational skills. In order to guide a service car, you are qualified and also have a certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1.

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
