Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

To ensure constant availability and efficiency, you are responsible in this position for the diagnosis, repair and troubleshooting of the state-of-the-art ASML devices. You work with a team dedicated to customer support (CS) maintenance of a variety of our systems. In a team that focuses on collaboration and brings experts together in different areas, you can provide first-class support and solve technical problems quickly. The role includes a long-term activity in shiftwork and is aimed at candidates who consciously choose this way of working. As Field Service Engineer: You collect important information, evaluate difficult situations and implement innovative solutions under the leadership of a competent and helpful team. You ensure the reliability and availability of your systems and perform both preventive maintenance and corrective measures. You organize and secure resources to ensure that all devices and consumables are available as needed. You document and report technical measures to ensure effectiveness and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You work with different colleagues and participate in an individual program to continuously expand your skills and expertise.

Technical background (education or studies) with pronounced practical reference. Experience in the technical environment – from entry to senior level welcome. Experience in technical customer support of advantage. Very good troubleshooting skills and hands-on mentality. Motivation to integrate into the care of complex systems in the long term.
