In this staff function you play a central role in the conceptual development and international orientation of product management. Together with the management, they develop strategic guides and future visions for the product spectrum – with a clear focus on international markets and sustainable growth You create sound business cases, develop fact-based decision templates and define relevant KPIs for targeted management of the assortment strategy They coordinate strategic initiatives in international product management and contribute significantly to the optimization of the overall portfolio They design the harmonisation and further development of the ranges taking into account market requirements, scalability and efficiency They standardise methods and processes in product management across all companies and promote cross-departmental cooperation along the entire value chain They act as a central interface for purchasing, development, sales, marketing and management – always with the aim of successfully implementing strategic projects You present your projects convincingly to internal stakeholders and moderate decision-making processes solution-oriented They represent the business unit with important customers and suppliers – both nationally and internationally

Long-standing professional experience in technical product, assortment or category management, ideally in technical wholesale and with focus on international cooperation Graduate in engineering, economics or marketing Their working methods are characterized by strong analytical and strategic skills, high social competence and enforcement Ideally, you have knowledge in project management and extensive methodological knowledge You are strong in German and English Occasional travel activities (approx. 20%) among international companies, customers, suppliers or trade fairs include for you
