Guide Professional, organizational and future disciplinary leadership of a group of up to 10 employees Ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives and cooperation in the further development of relevant standards Self-employed and self-sponsored work as project manager from supply clarification, coordination of other specialist experts to project accounting Customer support and new customer acquisition in cooperation with sales Market observation and identification of opportunities for business development Ensuring efficient operation to achieve business objectives Cooperation with experts from other disciplines of the TÜV SÜD Group (also internationally) Cooperation in the operational project business Assessment of CE conformity safety concepts on machinery and equipment Technical support and support of our customers in the context of development-related activities Moderation of risk assessments for manufacturers and operators (DIN EN 12100, BetrSichV, FMEA, HAZOP) independent testing and evaluation of machinery and equipment using relevant standards for suitability and function (on-site inspection) Assessment and verification of electrical and functional safety (hard and software) of machine systems and process equipment Documentation of the results of the work in test reports and reports (including in English) Auditing and testing of cyber security of industrial automation systems in various industrial sectors

Complete engineering studies preferably in the field of electrical engineering, preferably focus on automation technology Professional experience in electrical engineering / automation technology desirable – ideally in planning, construction, maintenance or testing of technical equipment Knowledge of safety standards and the basic principles of cybersecurity Experience in the operational safety of plants, including operational explosion protection Joy in working with technical regulations and the application of legal requirements Safe occurrence, good communication and enforcement as well as service-oriented operation High level of initiative and flexibility in the team, high resilience Social competence, motivation and further development of a team, perspective takeover of leadership tasks Passion for sales and networks as well as experience in active business development in a competitive environment Routinized handling of MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Class B driving licence and readiness to travel (national/international) We provide you with a structured integration with regard to professional tasks and leadership activities.
