Architect as supra-regional church architect

The Evangelical Church in Hessen and Nassau (EKHN) with its headquarters in Darmstadt is one of 20 Churches of the Evans Church in Germany (EKD). It has approximately 1.4 million municipal units in 1,075 parishes and offers around 19,000 people employment. The church administration in Darmstadt is the central service unit for all areas of our church. The church administration of the Evangelical Church in Hessen and Nassau (EKHN) is looking for a period of time to 30 June 2027 for the group Kirchliche Bauen. Architectin as a national church architectin with a capacity of 100 % (39 hours per week). Remuneration is carried out according to E 12 + 50 % KDO.

Centrally performing overriding tasks in the group of units Kirchliches Bauen and specialist supervision of the construction services in deanates, general municipalities and community associations Supporting, consulting and church supervision of building development concepts (GEK) at church-common, church-completely cross-border as well as deanate level including the support of implementation by expert procedures, competitions and project development Central building support with regard to consulting, control, church supervision and monitoring of the execution of construction measures at daycare centres and nursery facilities of the church municipalities and deanates of the EKHN Participation in contract negotiations with third parties such as the Federal Government, Land or municipalities with regard to investment funds and ongoing third-party funding for structural expenditure Project coordination and control in one- or multi-year projects of the Kirchliche Bau unit group, including the associated management tasks Support of the Head of the Section of the Kirchliche Bauen Division in the perception of coordination and cross-sectional tasks (e.g. further development of the building structure plan) Creating Guides and Hand Enrichments Cooperation in bodies The tasks of the body can be adapted to the operational requirements.

Comprehensive expertise that is demonstrated by a university or master's degree.
